经优化设计而成的新型圆锥破碎机，由于采用了较佳的破碎频率和偏心距，使破碎产品中细粒级含量更高，小于闭口边排料口粒的含量可达80%，这样能显著地提高后续工序的处理能力，降低综合能耗。

高性能破碎腔型与高破碎频率的圆满结合，使得本机处理能力大大提高，又由于采用了层压破碎原理，故破碎产品多为立方结构，极大程度上减少了针片状物料。

采用全液压操作，使用方便，易于实现自动化，其可靠性和寿命大大提高。

结构简单，便于操作，维护，排料口调整方便快捷，检修时省时省力，特别是衬板易于快速更换，

减少了停机时间。

主要技术参数:

1.表中处理能力与给料粒度、破碎腔型、物料密度、物料清洁度，水分含量等因素有关。

2.最小排料口指不引起支承跳动所能实现的最小排料口，这与物料有关，这个排料口是可变的。

3.能力处理等参数是指在开路流程条件下，且物料抗压强度为1400mpa-150mpa，水分不大于4%，给料均匀，过大粒度和过小粒度均不大于10%，电动机负荷在满载的85%-90%时得出。

4.型号中4个数字含义，前二位为破碎锥直径的1/100，后二位为开边排料口尺寸的1/10。
