AGREEMENT FOR PROVIDING TEMPORARY WORKERS

　　Between

　　PartyA:TheFourPointsBySherastonShanghai,Daning(hereinafterdesignatedasthe“HOTEL”)

　　And

　　PartyB:ForestreetservicecompanyLtd.(hereinafterdesignatedasthe“FORESTREETTEMP”)

　　甲方：(以下简称：酒店)

　　乙方：上海昂旭人力资源有限公司(以下简称：FORESTREETTEMP)

　　Afterafulldiscussionandafriendlynegotiationbetweentheabovetwoparties,thepresentagreementisreachedasfollows:

　　Article1

　　DuringtheperiodfromJan1，2007toDec31，2007,FORESTREETTEMPshallundertakeonbehalfoftheHOTEL,theintroductionandthesupplyoftemporaryworkersforalongorshort-termengagement.

　　a) IntroductionmeansthepresentationofatemporaryworkerwhomtheHOTELisnotacquaintedwith;

　　b) Engagementmeanstheemploymentofatemporaryworkerinanycapacitywhatsoeverwhetheritisforalongtermorshortterm.

　　合同有效期从年月日至年月日止，

　　FORESTREETTEMP应为酒店介绍和提供长期或短期的临时工。

　　a)介绍是指FORESTREETTEMP提供酒店并不相识的临时工

　　b)签订合同是指使用任何工种的，长期或短期的临时工

　　Article2

　　a)Forthepurposeofrenderingtheabove-mentionedtasksandservicesandtoensurethecontinuinganduninterruptedperformanceofFORESTREETTEMP,itagreestosupplythenumberofpersonnelrequiredbytheHOTELandwhoseworkscheduleshallbeexclusivelydeterminedbytheHOTEL.

　　为了履行以上的义务和服务，并确保FORESTREETTEMP不间断地执行合同，

　　FORESTREETTEMP同意根据酒店需要的数量提供临时工，工作安排须由酒店决定。

　　Article3

　　FORESTREETTEMPshallprovidethenecessaryidentitycardstothetemporaryworkersassignedtoperformthejob/servicesattheHOTEL.ThesepersonnelshallhavebeenproperlyandthoroughlyinterviewedbyFORESTREETTEMPpriortotheengagementandtheyshallholdfavorablemedicalcertificatefortheservices/jobsinvolved.TheHOTELreservestherighttorejectanypersonassignedbyFORESTREETTEMPortoreplaceatanytimetheworkerwhoisnotacceptablebytheHOTEL.
