FORESTREETTEMP应为派到酒店工作的临时工提供必要的工作证。FORESTREETTEMP应在派遣临时工之前进行合理的完全的面试，并根据不同工种的需要提供相应的健康证。酒店有权退回FORESTREETTEMP指派的人员，或在任何时候要求FORESTREETTEMP给予合适的人员补上空缺。

　　FORESTREETTEMPshallguaranteethatthecontractualtemporaryworkerassignedtotheHOTELisphysicallyhealthy,ofgoodmoralcharacterandneverhascriminalrecord.TheHOTEL,however,mayrequestthereplacementofatemporaryworkerifthispersonisprovennotcompetentforthejobpositionandincapableofaccomplishingthetaskwithinthetimespecifiedbythehotelandwiththedesiredquality.

　　FORESTREETTEMP应确保派入酒店的临时工身体健康，品德良好，无犯罪记录。

　　而酒店如果发现FORESTREETTEMP提供的临时工不能根据酒店规定的时间和质量标准完成任务，有权要求FORESTREETTEMP更换新人。

　　Article5

　　Asanindependentcontractorunderthispresentagreement,FORESTREETTEMPshallrequireitsemployeesassignedtotheHOTELtostrictlyrespectandabidebyalltheHOTEL’Srulesandregulationsontheworkdiscipline,conduct,behavior,sanitation,andsecuritywhicharestipulatedintheHotelEmployee’sbrochure.

　　FORESTREETTEMP作为协议中独立的承包商，应确保提供给酒店的临时工严格遵守

　　酒店中规定关于纪律、行为、干净卫生、保护资产和安全等方面的规章制度。

　　FORESTREETTEMPshallguaranteethatitstemporaryworkerwillneverdiscloseanyconfidentialorsecretinformationofanykindwhichtheymaytouchatthecourseofperformingtheirdutiesattheHOTELunderthisagreementandFORESTREETTEMPshalltakeapositivepositiontoenforcethisarticle.

　　FORESTREETTEMP需确保临时工严格保守工作时可能了解到的酒店的任何信息，不泄露任何机密。同时采取积极的态度确保此项条款的执行。

　　Article7

　　FORESTREETTEMP’ScontractualworkershallperformtheirdutiesrequiredbytheHOTEL.TheymayberequiredtoworkovertimeinaccordancewiththerequirementsoftheHOTEL.

　　FORESTREETTEMP提供的临时工应按酒店的规定执行其指派的工作。他们可能需要超时工作。
