e. TheHOTELagreestopayFORESTREETTEMPwithinfifteen(15)workingdaysafterthereceiptofrelevantinvoiceissuedbyFORESTRRETTEMP. 酒店同意在收到FORESTREETTEMP发票后的15个工作日之内付款。 Article12 Otherprovisions其它条款 a. FORESTREETTEMPshallprovidetemporaryworkersrequiredbytheHOTEL,withthehotel’sreservationnoticeofattheleast2daysinadvance.TheHOTELshallnotifyFORESTREETTEMPtwentyfour(24)hoursinadvanceofanyrevocationofreservationbyfaxortelephonecall.Besides,theHOTELshallpaythemanagementfeeswhichshallbeRMB24YUANperworkertoFORESTREETTEMP. FORESTREETTEMP根据酒店的要求提供临时工,但酒店至少给予2天的提前通知。 如有取消,酒店应提前24小时通过传真或电话通知FORESTREETTEMP。如未及时通知造成的FORESTREETTEMP临时工到达酒店,酒店应为每位退回临时工每人签发2小时计工单。 修改为:甲方如要求乙方提供临时工,应至少提前二天向乙方发出预订通知。如因自身原因,撤销预订通知的,应在约定用工之时的24小时前通知乙方,并向乙方按每位派遣临时工两个小时劳务费(即24元)的标准支付管理费。 b. FORESTREETTEMPshallprovidetheTimeSheetsintriplicatesonwhichtheHOTELshallsignaboutthecompletionofworkbythetemporaryworker.Allwork,eveniflessthanfour(4)hoursshallbecalculatedasfour(4)hours.ThetriplicatetimesheetwillbethebasisforthecalculationofpaymentmadebytheHOTEL. FORESTREETTEMP需提供三联形式的考勤表,酒店将在考勤表上记录临时工完成工作的情况。所有工作、即使少于4小时,以4小时计算。此记录临时工实际工作时间的三联单将作为FORESTREETTEMP向酒店结算费用的依据。 c. TheHOTELisconsideredtohaveacceptedtheabovetermsandconditions,exceptthetermsandconditionsthattheHOTELmayalreadyhave.Incaseofanyconflictbetweenanytermsorconditions,thecurrentnationallawsshallprevail. 酒店被视为同意接受以上条款(除了酒店可能已有的条款之外)。如条款内容有冲突,以国家法律为准。 d. FORESTREETTEMPreservestherighttowithdrawallitstemporaryworkersassignedtothehotelwithoutanynoticeinadvanceandtofilethelawsuitincaseofanybreachofthisagreementmadebytheHOTEL. 一旦酒店违约,FORESTREETTEMP有权撤回所有临时工并寻求法律诉讼。 (责任编辑:admin) |
