e. TheabovetermsandconditionsshallbestrictlyexecutedinaccordancewiththeLaborLawofChinabyboththeHOTELandFORESTREETTEMP.BothPartiesshallkeeptherighttomakemodificationsaccordingtothenewlypromulgatednationallawsorregulationsfromthelocaladministrationbureauoflabor,andallmodificationsshallserveasthesupplementaryclauses.Alldisputesarisingfromthepresentagreementshallfallintothejurisdictionofthelocalcourtoflaw. 以上条款的执行应由酒店和FORESTREETTEMP依据国家劳动法执行。甲乙双方均保留各自的合法权益在合同履行过程中依照新颁布或试行实施的国家法律法规及劳动部门的相关规定对以上合同条款提出修改意见并作为合同补充条款。 由此协议引发的纠纷可提交当地法院审理。 f.
